Austria, Germany, and Finland Are Now Live
Three more national procurement portals. BidScout now pulls from seven sources across Europe — including Germany’s 700 tenders per day.
In the last update we said Austria was next, and that Germany would be “its own kind of adventure.” Both are live now — and we added Finland while we were at it.
Austria: USP
USP (Unternehmensserviceportal) is Austria’s central business service portal. Federal and state procurement notices, one API. Around 62 tenders per day, German titles translated to English before matching.
Germany: DOE
The adventure had a shortcut. Germany’s DOE portal (Datenservice Öffentliche Einkäufe) publishes a daily CSV export covering federal and state tenders — no need to scrape sixteen separate platforms.
Around 700 tenders per day. That’s more than all other national portals combined. Germany’s public sector is enormous, and now every tender in it gets matched against your profile automatically.
Finland: Hilma
Hilma is Finland’s national procurement service. We weren’t planning to go Nordic this early, but the API was solid and Finland is a good market — strong public sector, high digital maturity, less crowded than the bigger economies.
Around 50–80 tenders per day, in Finnish and Swedish, translated to English.
Where we stand
Seven sources. All running twice a day. Everything normalized, translated, deduplicated, and scored against your company profile. The dashboard looks the same — you just see more tenders.
We’ll keep connecting portals. But seven feels like a good moment to stop and say: this is starting to work.
BidScout monitors TED (27 EU member states), EKR (Hungary), VVZ (Czechia), BZP (Poland), USP (Austria), DOE (Germany), and Hilma (Finland). Try it free — takes two minutes.
